Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist freundlich und erst zufrieden, wenn es auch unsere Kund*innen sind? Dann bist Du genau richtig bei uns. Dabei liegt Dein Schwerpunkt in der ganzheitlichen Betreuung von Interessent*innen und Bestandskund*innen unserer Finanzprodukte sowie der Festigung der Geschäftsbeziehung.

  • Mit großem Engagement bearbeitest Du als Kundenbetreuer*in alle Anfragen unserer Kund*innen zu unseren Finanzprodukten (z.B. Kreditkarten, Kredite, Tagesgeldkonten)
  • Du bist direkte(r) Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen am Telefon und betreust hier ihre Anliegen und Anfragen aller Art
  • Du pflegst alle Stammdaten unserer Kund*innen in unseren hauseigenen EDV-Systemen
  • Zusätzlich bearbeitest Du die Kundenanliegen schriftlich per Postbox, E-Mail, Chat und Post
  • Bei Bedarf leitest Du die Kund*innen an die zuständige Abteilung oder die entsprechenden Kolleg*innen weiter
  • Du behältst bei allen kritischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und bist lösungs- und zielorientiert
  • Aufkommende Beschwerden löst Du souverän und professionell
  • Du triffst immer den richtigen Ton, auch bei sensiblen oder beratungsintensiven Themen
  • Bei uns machst Du keine Outbound-Telefonie (keine Kaltakquise)

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kund*innen und telefonierst gern
  • Dabei schaffst Du es, eine gesunde Balance zwischen guter Arbeitsqualität und Produktivität herzustellen
  • Von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss, ist, wenn Du bereits Erfahrungen im Kundenservice sammeln konntest
  • Du hinterfragst konstruktiv Prozesse und bringst aktiv Ideen für Verbesserungen unserer Kundenprozesse mit ein
  • Du handelst stets verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert
  • Ein Realschulabschluss und eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sind von Vorteil, jedoch kein Muss
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Einteilung in unsere aktuellen Servicezeiten: Mo-Fr, 9:00-17:00 Uhr
