Asset Servicing Oversight Analyst
Glasgow

As a Barclays Asset Servicing Oversight Analyst, you will be providing Oversight of the third party vendors across all Asset Servicing function. Moreover, creating and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships as well as ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

What will you be doing?

• Working as part of a Team responsible for the Oversight of the full end to end Asset Servicing process
• Assisting the Functional Lead with the day to day management of the Vendor & key stakeholders
• Undertaking proactive risk management of our Vendor
• Managing business engagement relationships (Trading, Sales, Business Management, OCS etc)
• Helping with the delivery of enhancements to the operating model and infrastructure, in partnership with our key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and via email, will the ability to analyse data and present in a coherent and understandable manner
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously managing challenging stakeholders and deadlines
• Experience producing MI & business packs for senior business stakeholders with a high level understanding of the trade lifecycle and functions
• Proven experience of working within the Operations function of a top tier investment bank

Skills that will help you in the role

• Previous experience of Asset Servicing flows
• Knowledge of securities markets including their rules and nuances
