Introduction 
The HR Measurement & Metrics Service Reporting Lead is a key role within the HR Colleague Experience team, focused on establishing a robust framework of HR measures and metrics using the four pillars of Experience, Effectiveness, Efficiency and Control to monitor the performance of the HR function and drive its delivery to the business with precision and insight. The role holder will evolve the alignment of data and insights to HR Colleague Journeys, Value Streams, and Processes, providing valuable insights into outcomes and sharing them with HR colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What will you be doing?
•    Develop a framework of HR measures and metrics that enable HR leadership to monitor the performance of the function and its delivery to the business. This involves creating a comprehensive system that captures the essence of HR's impact and guides strategic decision-making.
•    Lead the development of data inputs, presentation layer/UI, metrics definition, and access mechanisms for HR Measures & Metrics. This requires a deep understanding of data management and the ability to present data in a user-friendly manner that is both accessible and informative.
•    Work with stakeholders across all HR areas to ensure that the measures and metrics developed reflect and drive improvement in the performance of HR. This involves active collaboration and communication to align the metrics with the actual performance and goals of the HR function.
•    Ensure that the 4 pillars of Experience, Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Control are used as the primary structure for HR Measures. This aligns the metrics with the core values and operational pillars of the organisation, ensuring a holistic approach to performance measurement.
•    Evolve the alignment of data and insights to HR Colleague Journeys, Value Streams, and Processes. This involves continuously refining the metrics to ensure they remain relevant and provide actionable insights that contribute to the improvement of HR services and processes.
•    Operate in the role of product owner for the HR Performance dashboard

What we’re looking for:
•    Data sourcing and management: adept at identifying and utilising the appropriate data sources to ensure the integrity and relevance of HR metrics. They must manage this data with precision, aligning with the consistently excellent standards of simplicity and efficiency.
•    Storytelling with data: ability to interpret complex data and convey it in a compelling narrative that drives decision-making and change. The Lead must embody the mindset behaviour of empowerment, using insights based on data to inform decisions.
•    Stakeholder management: excellence in building and maintaining relationships across various HR areas, ensuring that the metrics developed are reflective of and contribute to the improvement of HR performance.
•    Management Information and reporting development: ability to develop clear, insightful, and actionable reports that enable HR leadership to monitor and drive the function's performance.
•    Data analysis and insight generation: strong analytical skills to generate insights that inform strategies and actions.
•    Product ownership experience – from stakeholder requirements, through change prioritsation to problem resolution and support of delivering agile change teams

•    User Experience design and research: knowledge in UX design and research to enhance the digital product experience, focusing on outcomes that deliver value.
•    Agile change experience: experience in Agile methodologies, adapting to evolving business needs and driving continuous improvement.
•    Change management: skilled in managing and leading change initiatives, ensuring that the HR function adapts and thrives in a dynamic environment.
•    Advanced data analysis techniques: proficient in advanced data analysis techniques to uncover deeper insights and drive more sophisticated decision-making.
•    Innovative problem-solving: an innovative problem-solver, able to address complex challenges with creative solutions.
