Introduction:

• To provide a first class Customer Service for Business Clients, Employees, Managers and HR Colleagues.
• To build new reports in Workday to support the business with data lead insight
• Manage the end to end lifecycle of all Workday Applications through regular development to ensure data continues to support key business questions
• Support wider HR & Business community by providing training in Workday
• To help improve data literacy within the function through the use of our strategic tooling
• Deliver data & MI in line with governance, legal and policy expectations, in particular the build of new reporting
• Support key projects, continuous improvements, small change activity and testing

What will you be doing?

• Support key business challenges through the use of Workday Applications
• Resolve customer queries by analysing the root cause and owning through to resolution
• Confirm correct levels of authorisation are in place before undertaking work.
• Support colleagues in self-serving key data through Workday
• Manage the provision of a wide range of ad hoc MI reports and datasets to numerous customer groups so as to enable them to achieve their objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or quantitative discipline or proven experience on delivery of product on services on those lines.
• Experienced in using of Workday and Workday Prism to build Reports and Data Models. Qlik Sense and Knowledge of HR processes/areas and their links to Employee Experience in using HR applications and systems
• Excellent Customer Service skills and experience – ability to deal with a varied customer base, including business customers & senior stakeholders, and explain complex queries clearly
• Extensive experience of using MS Excel, including Power Query, and other MS (standard) applications in a reporting capacity

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Analytical thinking and understanding of data and basic business analysis to be able to collate, capture and present data as information
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate and prioritise activities, self-discipline and motivation. This will be an evolving role, which would require flexibility & adapting to the situation at hand.
• Focused on risk management, controls and compliance requirements
• Team player who naturally shares best practice and knowledge to help achieve business and personal objectives of other Team members.
