Introduction:

Service Delivery
    To provide a first-class Customer Service for Business Clients, Employees, Managers and HR Colleagues.
    Lead a small team of Service Delivery Analysts within Service Delivery in the delivery of regular reporting and ad-hoc queries with a focus on continuous improvement, coaching and service excellence.
    Follow end-to-end data and reporting processes (data collation, consolidation, processing, production, analysis, presentation)
    Deliver data & reports in line with governance, legal and policy expectations, in particular delivery of complex regulatory reporting to key business stakeholders.
    Seek and deliver improvements and proactively review process and documentation and requirements.
    Network and work with the wider People Analytics community to deliver on our shared and assigned reporting responsibilities.
    Support key projects, continuous improvements, small change activity and testing 
Data Acquisition
    Ensure acquisition of accurate and relevant data from various sources
    Identify, gather, and validate data that aligns with organization's objectives and data requirements.


What will you be doing?

Service Delivery
    Deliver numerous reporting responsibilities and downstream processes such as headcount reporting, functional reporting or data integrity, data collation & production, etc.
    Resolve customer queries by analysing the root cause and owning through to resolution.
    Confirm correct levels of authorisation are in place before undertaking work.
    Support the self-service model by coaching collages on how to access their data, including access & profile amendments.
    Manage the provision of a wide range of ad hoc MI reports and datasets to numerous customer groups so as to enable them to achieve their objectives.

Data Acquisition
    Understand various data sources, both internal and external, that supply data to operational reports, dashboards, insights-based reports, etc. and identify other relevant data that could benefit Business stakeholders.
    Gather and extract data from identified sources. This may involve writing and maintaining scripts, utilizing APIs, leveraging automated tools, or collaborating with data engineering teams to ensure data accessibility.
    Validate data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of acquired data. Perform data comparison effectively using tools.
    Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to data acquisition, storage, and usage. Ensure compliance with data privacy policies, maintain data confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
    Work closely with internal teams, including analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand their data requirements and provide appropriate data sets for analysis, reporting, etc. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data acquisition processes and resolve technical issues promptly


What we’re looking for:

    Graduate in any discipline
    Excellent & proven communication skills - verbal, written & presentation.
    Excellent Customer Service skills and experience – ability to deal with a varied customer base, including business customers & senior stakeholders, and explain complex queries clearly.
    High degree of proficiency in Excel and other Office 365 applications in a reporting capacity
    Experienced in the application of analytical and quantitative skills – preferably in Financial Services Industry
    Analytical thinking and understanding of data and basic business analysis to be able to collate, capture and present data as information.
    Ability to work under pressure, coordinate and prioritise activities, self-discipline, and motivation.  This will be an evolving role, which would require flexibility & adapting to the situation at hand.
    Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to learn quickly whilst remaining thorough.
    Focused on meeting governance, risk management, controls and compliance requirements – and what they mean in terms of day-to-day business practice.
    Team player who naturally shares best practice and knowledge to help achieve business and personal objectives of other Team members.
    Experience in querying and manipulating large datasets.


Skills that will help you in the role:

    Experience of using Workday report writer
    Workday reporting
    Data visualization tools like QlikSense
    Business Objects Web Intelligence designer and or equivalent relationship database experience in a reporting capacity
    Knowledge of HR processes and data
    Experience in using HR applications and systems.
