Specialist Support Advisor 
Knutsford

As a Barclays  Specialist Support Advisor, you will be working as part of Corporate Client Service who are a business area within Corporate Digital banking. Within this role, you will provide both day to day Corporate Digital Channel / Product support for the entire Corporate Client base and Global Coverage. In addition, you will also lead and manage the end to end Onboarding and Implementation of Corporate clients on a number of Channels and products.

What will you be doing?

•    Answering any servicing or channels related requests received from clients, as well as those from other business areas and third parties where appropriate 
•    Building, developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contacting them via phone or email, provide world-class service utilising skills and knowledge 
•    Capturing client information; developing a detailed comprehension of their needs, updating all relevant systems with complete, accurate and concise information
•    Providing expert knowledge of all systems and processes associated with the Implementation and Specialist Support vertical
•    Servicing clients in line with current processes to ensure requests are actioned right first time
•    Overcoming client objections, recording and managing complaints with tact and diplomacy ensuring sensitivity in accordance with decided group procedures  


What we’re looking for:

•    Ability to lead and operate effectively alongside frontline colleagues, with a good grasp of the fundamentals required to shape and drive own performance
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders across all levels
•    Ability to build quality relationships in a non-face to face environment, whilst being mindful of cultural differences
•    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change

•    Excellent organisational, planning skills, social and influencing skills. Proactive focus towards optimising the business through identifying client needs
•    Self-motivated who is driven and has a desire to learn and progress
